Refund policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy for you to send your item back to us within 14days from the date you receive your purchase.

Please get in touch before you send your return back so we are aware it's coming & we can do all we can to assist you & advise as to how to return to us.

Please make sure the item is in original packaging where possible or packed well to avoid any damage in transit. If an item is returned in unsuitable packaging which results in damage to the product we will not be able to issue a refund. When trying on clothing please make sure you are not wearing transferrable make-up, perfume or deodorant etc. If an item is returned with heavy scent or soiling or the item is deemed unfit for resale we reserve the right to refuse a refund. 

Please include your name, invoice number & reason for return in your parcel. 

Unfortunately, at present it is the buyers responsibility to cover return postage costs which is not refundable.
