Shipping policy

We always send via a Tracked service. This is to make sure that our customers & ourselves are covered for any loss or damage should they occur.

We aim to get your orders packed & posted out to you same (working) day. Monday - Friday. But bear in mind if you have placed your order after 1pm it’ll more than likely go out to you on the next working day. Our little town post office opening times vary! As per the postage method Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 - 3 working days.
